TERMS OF SERVICES

by commissioning me, you certify that you read and agree with the application of these terms and conditions

PROCESS

  • I will show you the first sketch, once you have provided me with the details of the characters/ poses, and you will provide me a list of changes before moving to lineart (max 5 changes).

  • Once the lineart is finished I will show it to you, and you could provide me with another list of changes you want in the lineart before moving on to coloring. (2 max changes).

  • When the coloring and shading is ready, I will show it to you and you could provide me with another list with minimal changes you want (no pose changes, only minimal changes) before i send the drawing to your Patreon email linked with your subscription.

  • [The entire process/stages/Queue of the drawings will be published on my Trello, so you can check the status of your drawing, and its process, When you pay your commission you will be added to my Trello with the username you are on Patreon/twitter]

DO & DON'T

  • No NSFW or Sugestive art of underage characters.

  • No IRL or controversial characters.

  • No offensive themes.

  • No Mechas/complex armors.

  • No extreme fetish content.

  • Furry & Anthro characters

  • FanArt

  • Canon characters

  • OCs

  • NSFW Art

  • SFW Art

PAYMENT

  • I only accept payment via my Patreon tiers

  • Patreon is designed for monthly memberships, so please note: You’ll be charged immediately when you join the tier of your preference. This is meant as a one-time payment.

  • After being charged, you must cancel your membership manually to avoid being charged again the next month.

  • After you join to the tier, i send to you a message on Patreon (if you only buy a comm without say nothing) for discuss the details of your commission.

REFUND

  • I don't do refunds when i finish the first sketch.

  • If you buy a commission by error or account hacked i will do the refund when you communicate with me.

  • If you buy a commission when my commissions are closed i will refund you immediately.

RULES

  • If the communication is interrupted by delays of three days or more during the commission process, you will likely be added to the blacklist; this is because delaying the commission's queue whether u did that intentionally or unintentionally.

  • If the commission takes more than a month to complete (counting from the first sketch I send you), I will send you an extra sketch. [This does not apply if the commissioner is late in responding for personal reasons, etc.]

  • If you don't give to me details about your commission in more than a month i refund your payment

  • I am free to use your commission to post or no post it on my socials unless you or i specify otherwise.

  • I don't offer rush services or orders, so please don't pressure me to work on your commission or rush your commission.

  • The deadline for commissions is ONE month (starting from the day I delivered the first sketch)

EXTRAS

  • Please speak simply when you ask to me for a commission, English is not my native language (Spanish Is :3)

  • I have right to refuse any commissions if i wish that (personal reasons, bad language between me and the client, etc.)

  • If the commission ends and I have a bad experience with the whole process, I reserve the right to block you or not accept any more commissions from you.

  • You are not allowed to used the image as a product for sale.

  • You can use my drawings for inspirations.

  • Please note that commissions are not immediate and there may be a queue, so you may have to wait before your commission can begin.

  • The copyright of the commission will be owned by me. I can used your drawing as a commercial for showing an example, or marketing purposes.
